Martha Arias

Community and Business Liaison

 Martha E. Arias serves Nuestras Raíces as the Community and Business Liaison. In this role, Martha is responsible for building relationships and partnerships with community and business organizations. Martha currently also leads our COVID-pandemic response efforts.

Martha joined Nuestras Raíces as a parent of two former students and has been an active member for over 15 years. With over 20 years' experience in Human Resources, she is currently the Vice President of Human Resources for Standard Homeopathic Company (Hyland's Inc). Martha is a graduate of the University of California Los Angeles with a degree in Sociology. She holds a Master's in Business Administration from the University of Redlands and SPHR certification. Passionate about education and college access, Martha serves as Board Vice President for two Los Angeles charter schools and has served as a mentor with El Camino College's Puente Program and the Advisory Committee for Adelante Youth Alliance.
